How you can help our Club
What part can you play?
Race-day support – help with the practical jobs that make race meetings possible.
Stadium preparation – help get Smallbrook ready to welcome riders and supporters.
Working Weekends - track and grandstand repairs, painting, cleaning, etc.
Events - help display bikes, speak / promote the speedway club at shows, carnivals, etc.
Display Adverts - spread the word about race nights, promote the exciting racing.
Speedway is about more than just the racing. It’s about teamwork on and off the track, passion, community and the people who come together to make it all happen.
Behind every race meeting at Smallbrook Stadium is a dedicated team of people working hard behind the scenes to keep the sport alive on the Isle of Wight. From preparing the stadium and supporting race-day operations to helping with events, welcoming supporters and keeping everything running smoothly, our volunteers play a vital role in the success of the Warriors & Wizards.
As we look to build the club back up, create new opportunities and work towards a longer and more exciting season in 2027, having more volunteers on board has never been more important.
Every contribution, big or small, helps us deliver a better experience for our riders, supporters, sponsors and the wider speedway community.
Get in touch with the club to find out more about volunteering and how you can get involved. Tell us a little about yourself, what you'd be interested in helping with and how much time you might be able to offer.
Every volunteer counts. Every hour helps. Together, we can make a difference.
